Bybit, a leading global cryptocurrency exchange, has expanded its offerings to Australia with the introduction of the Bybit Crypto Card, in partnership with Mastercard. This innovative card allows users to directly use their cryptocurrency holdings for everyday transactions by converting them into fiat currency. Aimed at enhancing the convenience for Australian customers, this card bridges the gap between digital and traditional finance.
The launch in Australia comes with enticing incentives for new users. Bybit is rewarding users who complete their card application with a $10 USD bonus, an additional $10 USD for their first deposit of $100 AUD or more, and a $5 USD bonus following their first card transaction. To qualify, users must complete Bybit’s KYC verification process.
Since its debut in March 2023, the Bybit Card has been changing the way people use cryptocurrency for daily financial activities. It supports the automatic conversion of five major cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether (USDT), into cash for payments and ATM withdrawals. The card offers up to 10% cashback on spending and provides a range of rewards from trading bonuses to unique merchandise. It also includes a VIP tier with additional perks for premium customers.
Ben Zhou, co-founder and CEO of Bybit, emphasized the card’s role in mainstreaming cryptocurrency usage. “Launching the Bybit Card in Australia is a key step in making digital currency a part of daily life. We’re dedicated to providing innovative financial solutions that merge the benefits of crypto with the practicality of conventional banking,” he stated.
