Using leverage at a rate lower than the going rate, the acquisition technique entails issuing a unique Preferred Class of Series C Stock in return for the Bitcoins. By using MindWave as collateral, this calculated move seeks to gain total ownership of the specialized organization with its headquarters located in Mauritius and committed to handling digital assets, including Bitcoin. The firm’s financial position should be strengthened by this asset purchase, allowing it to raise capital for profitable investment projects.

CEO’s Vision and Commitment

Nilam Resources’ CEO, Pranjali More, expressed gratitude for the concerted efforts of the team in achieving this monumental milestone. More emphasized meticulous planning, including finalizing agreements and conducting due diligence, resulting in the execution of a binding Letter of Intent (LOI) with Xyberdata Ltd. MindWave will become a subsidiary of Nilam Resources in accordance with the terms of the acquisition agreement.
