Binance Establishes First Board But Unable To Search HQ Site

The largest cryptocurrency exchange in the world, Binance, has announced the creation of its first board of directors in the face of increasing regulatory pressure. The board has seven members, including Richard Teng, the CEO of Binance, and other important figures who were instrumental in the platform’s founding, like Heina Chen, Jinkai He, and Lilai Wang. The board is led by Gabriel Abed, a former ambassador of Barbados to the United Arab Emirates.

In a bid to enhance governance and compliance, two external members have been appointed to the board: Arnaud Ventura, a managing partner at Gojo & Co., and Xin Wang, CEO of Bayview Acquisition Corp. The official confirmation of this development came on March 7, as reported by Bloomberg, signaling a pivotal moment in Binance’s evolution.
