Led by Jack Dorsey, Block Inc.’s Bitcoin Mining Chip Development Reaches Completion

With the completion of its state-of-the-art Bitcoin mining chip, Block Inc., headed by Jack Dorsey, has achieved a significant milestone in its Bitcoin mining operation.

Block has completed the creation of its three nanometer (3nm) Bitcoin mining processor, as Jack Dorsey announced on Twitter. A top semiconductor foundry is presently completing the entire design tape out of this chip.

Empowering Mining Efficiency

The introduction of Block’s advanced mining chip signifies a significant step forward in empowering mining operators to adapt and thrive in the fifth mining epoch. This epoch commenced following the recent Bitcoin halving, reducing block subsidies from 6.25 BTC to 3.125 BTC per block.
