CACEIS Bank, a subsidiary of the CACEIS group in France and a leading player in asset-servicing, has been granted PSAN (Prestataires de Services sur Actifs Numériques) status by Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF), the French financial market regulator. This important achievement permits the bank to operate as a licensed custodian for crypto assets, extending its storage services to users’ private keys.

As part of the Credit Agricole and Santander banking conglomerates, CACEIS is the sole French custody specialist awarded PSAN status. The authorization comes as a significant step forward, reflecting the evolving dynamics of the financial market as it integrates digital assets.
