Cristiano Ronaldo’s First NFT Collection Launches on Binance

International football star Christiano Ronaldo (CR7) is launching his first NFT series on Binance this week.

Cristiano Ronaldo’s first NFT collection will be released on Friday, November 18 as part of a multi-year agreement with Binance, the world’s largest blockchain ecosystem and cryptocurrency infrastructure provider. The debut is accompanied by a worldwide marketing effort starring Ronaldo, with the goal of introducing his followers to Web3 via the world of NFTs.

The first Cristiano Ronaldo NFT collection will be released on November 18 (9 a.m. UTC) and will include seven animated statues with four rarity levels: Super Super Rare (SSR), Super Rare (SR), Rare (R), and Normal (R) (N). Each NFT monument shows Ronaldo at a memorable event in his life, from his career-defining bicycle kicks to his youth in Portugal.

The Binance NFT marketplace will auction off the 45 highest-valued CR7 NFTs (5 SSR and 40 SR). The auction will be available for 24 hours, with the highest bidder receiving NFTs. Bidding for SSR will begin at 10,000 BUSD and SR will begin at 1,700 BUSD.

The remaining 6,600 NFTs (600 R and 6,000 N) will be available on Binance for 77 BUSD for the Normal rarity.
Each rarity level will have its own set of special benefits, such as:

• A personal greeting from Cristiano Ronaldo
• Autographed CR7 and Binance products
• Priority access to future CR7 NFT drops
• Free CR7 Mystery Boxes
• Participation in promotional giveaways that include signed products and prizes

In addition, new Binance.com users who register (and complete KYC) will get a Cristiano Ronaldo Mystery Box. Limited-edition Ronaldo NFTs may be included in these boxes. The CR7 Mystery Boxes are offered to the first 1.5 million new Binance users who join up with the referral code RONALDO.

For US-based customers, Binance.US – Binance.com’s US partner – is offering a free memento NFT for USD deposits made on the site throughout the campaign time. Users who receive the souvenir NFT will be added to a whitelist and will be able to purchase future CR7 NFTs. New and existing US customers must register here to partake in the promotion.

The Cristiano Ronaldo NFT collection’s next sets will be available in early 2023. All collections will only be accessible on Binance.com.
