Singapore Grand Prix
On September 17, at the Singapore Grand Prix, the Grab Web3 Wallet’s pilot phase is slated to make its debut. An international audience may see the potential of the wallet against the backdrop of this prominent event.
Grab is already one of Southeast Asia’s most popular consumer applications with an estimated 180 million users. Circle, on the other hand, is well known for its stablecoin, the USD Coin (USDC), which is tied 1:1 to the U.S. dollar.
A Vision for the Future of Web3
Circle CEO Jeremy Allaire has expressed optimism about the partnership’s potential impact. Speaking at Token2049 in Singapore, he stated, “I think it’s gonna be very easy for us to imagine a world next year where we can take a billion users and have access to Web3, and therefore have access to transacting stablecoins.”
