SEBA Bank AG has officially announced its rebranding to AMINA Bank AG. This Swiss crypto bank, with its regulated hubs in Zug, Abu Dhabi, and Hong Kong, combines traditional and crypto banking services, offering a unique blend to its global clientele.

The bank, which made a significant mark in 2019 as one of the first FINMA-regulated institutions to delve into crypto banking services, views this rebranding as the beginning of a new era. After over four years of operation, the transition to AMINA Bank symbolizes the institution’s ongoing commitment to innovation and leadership in the financial sector.

The choice of the name ‘AMINA’ is inspired by the concept of ‘transAMINAtion’, which refers to the transfer of one compound to another. This name reflects the bank’s dynamic approach, integrating the diverse elements of traditional, digital, and crypto banking. This integration is aimed at unlocking new growth and opportunities for their clients, thereby transforming their financial futures.
