Unicoin Partners with Electroquímica for Asset-Backed Crypto Venture

A new cryptocurrency called Unicoin has announced a ground-breaking partnership with the Argentine company Electroqumica Del Neuquen S.A. in an effort to combat the market’s excessive volatility. In this cooperation, mining rights in Argentina are purchased with a primary focus on copper exploration and exploitation. With its innovative strategy, Unicoin aims to give investors security by creating a diverse asset portfolio that includes equity shares in fast-growing businesses and real estate assets.

Diversification and Stability in Crypto

The Barda Gonzalez Project, which is situated in Neuquen Province, Argentina, is the focus of the partnership. Through the exchange of unicoins, Unicoin is prepared to buy the mineral rights from Electroqumica in a calculated move. A real estate asset will be purchased by Unicoin under this agreement for 140% of its evaluated value, making each unicoin worth $0.50. The transaction comprises Unicoin Inc. paying Electroqumica 420,000,000 unicoins, or a sizable $210 million.

Due diligence and the effective transfer of mining concessions from Electroqumica are requirements for this enterprise. After the agreement is signed, Electroqumica will become the biggest individual unicoin holder, highlighting the mutually beneficial nature of the relationship.

A Strategic Vision for the Future

The CEO of Unicoin Inc., Alex Konanykhin, showed excitement about the collaboration’s importance by saying, “We are pleased to announce a major step forward in achieving our goal of building a $1 billion real estate portfolio to support the value of Unicoin.” The value of these important property rights was underlined by Konanykhin as a means of improving Unicoin’s total assets, facilitating capital raising, and laying the groundwork for the introduction of new unicoins.

Owner of Electroqumica Ernesto Bernadet outlined the justification for choosing Unicoin as their cryptocurrency partner and praised Unicoin’s asset-backed strategy. Bernadet expressed hope about working with Unicoin on upcoming international initiatives and emphasized the goal of elevating Unicoin as a top option for serious investors throughout the world.
