He <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/TimSweeneyEpic\/status\/1549945146413907970\">said<\/a>:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cDevelopers should be free to decide how to build their games, and you are free to decide whether to play them. I believe stores and operating system makers shouldn\u2019t interfere by forcing their views onto others. We definitely won\u2019t.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>As reported on Thursday, Minecraft NFT\u00a0integrations are no longer enabled due to what the developers believe the speculative nature of NFTs and vulnerability to scams.<\/p>\n<p>Sweeney added that Epic Games does make \u201ceditorial\u201d considerations, however NFTs are not included currently.
