{"id":13568,"date":"2022-08-16T03:56:58","date_gmt":"2022-08-16T03:56:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/crowdfundjunction.com\/blog\/largest-brokerage-in-brazil-xp-starts-crypto-trading-services\/"},"modified":"2022-08-16T03:56:58","modified_gmt":"2022-08-16T03:56:58","slug":"largest-brokerage-in-brazil-xp-starts-crypto-trading-services","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/crowdfundjunction.com\/blog\/largest-brokerage-in-brazil-xp-starts-crypto-trading-services\/","title":{"rendered":"Largest Brokerage in Brazil XP Starts Crypto Trading Services"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>(Originally posted on : Crypto News &#8211; iGaming.org )<\/b><br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Brazil\u2019s largest brokerage firm by market value has launched crypto trading services<\/p>\n<p>Serving 3.6 million customers, XP expects to reach 200,000 active crypto users by the end of the year with its new platform named XTAGE, the company said on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>XTAGE currently offers the possibility to trade <a href=\"https:\/\/igaming.org\/cryptocurrencies\/section\/what-is-a-bitcoin\/\">Bitcoin<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/igaming.org\/cryptocurrencies\/ethereum-alternative-coin\/\">Ethereum<\/a> but the team will expand the listing to 10 digital assets by the end of 2022, XP financial products director Lucas Rabechini said.<\/p>\n<p>XP venture into cryptocurrencies follows other large local financial players such as <a href=\"https:\/\/igaming.org\/crypto\/warren-buffetts-berkshire-puts-1-billion-in-bitcoin-friendly-digital-bank\/\">Nubank<\/a> and MercadoLibre, who have already established a loyal crypto clientele surpassing one million users.<\/p>\n<p>The company said its platform is built on the trading technology of major American stock exchange Nasdaq and will is integrated with forex and stock trading tool MetaTrade 5.
