MicroStrategy\u2019s job offer is for full-time employment as a Bitcoin Lightning Software Engineer and  the chosen employee will be in charge of establishing a Lightning Network (LN) SaaS platform.<\/p>\n<p>MicroStrategy\u2019s job posting was placed on smartrecruiters.com this week, on which MicroStrategy executive Chen Wan elaborated:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cAs a <a href=\"https:\/\/igaming.org\/crypto\/strike-ceo-bitcoin-lightning-network-to-disrupt-global-payments\/\">Bitcoin Lightning<\/a> Software Engineer at MicroStrategy, you will build a Lightning Network-based SaaS platform, providing enterprises with innovative solutions to cyber-security challenges and enabling new ecommerce use-cases.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>According to the job description a bachelor\u2019s degree in computer science or a similar discipline is required, and a \u201cMaster\u2019s degree or Ph.D. in computer science\/engineering is a bonus.\u201d The candidate should also have \u201cstrong understanding of data structures, algorithms, operating systems, distributed systems, and other core computer science concepts,\u201d according to the recruitment ad.<\/p>\n<p>Recently <a href=\"https:\/\/igaming.org\/crypto\/bitcoin-bull-michael-saylor-steps-down-as-microstrategy-ceo\/\">stepped down as CEO<\/a>, Michael Saylor had already hinted on developing an enterprise application of a layer-2 scaling solution as part of \u201csome ongoing R&amp;D projects.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>MicroStrategy\u2019s Bitcoin holdings of 130,000 BTC are the largest among corporations worldwide.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/igaming.org\/crypto\/microstrategy-is-hiring-a-bitcoin-lightning-software-engineer\/\">Source link <\/a><br \/>\n<br \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>(Originally posted on : Crypto News &#8211; iGaming.org ) After recently purchasing 301 Bitcoin (BTC) to add to its balance sheet, business software intelligence firm MicroStrategy posted a job listing on the online portal smartrecruiters.com.
