The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mastercard.com\/news\/perspectives\/2022\/how-turn-cryptocurrencies-into-everyday-way-to-pay\/\">blog post<\/a> read:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cTo unlock the potential [of crypto assets], we need to  bring together the best of tech, banking, fintech and crypto. This will create a variety of new services and make the movement of money speedier, simpler and cheaper.<\/em> <\/p>\n<p><em>The long-sought promise of making crypto a payment tool could be achieved. These collaborations could also help the crypto ecosystem improve safety for its users, weather future market turmoil and reach greater mainstream adoption.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Someday soon, the ability to own and spend a digital currency could be as seamless as making a contactless card payment.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The company also intends to offer cybersecurity solutions to help cryptocurrency investors and issuers, as well as give them a mechanism to easily exchange cryptocurrency for fiat to settle payments.<\/p>\n<p>Although no specific cryptocurrency was mentioned, Mastercard also intends to integrate authorized digital assets onto its network. Finally, the business claims it is trying to help non-fungible tokens (NFTs) and the metaverse by enabling customers of cryptocurrency exchange platforms to pay with Mastercard when purchasing their digital assets. An example, Coinbase NFT users can already <a href=\"https:\/\/igaming.org\/crypto\/coinbase-nft-users-can-purchase-nfts-hasslefree-with-mastercard\/\">purchase NFTs hassle free with Mastercard<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Several initiatives are now being worked on by Mastercard to  aid in the achievement of its objective. It will keep releasing cryptocurrency-focused debit cards throughout the globe because it believes they have the biggest impact.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThese cards are a valuable bridge between existing financial services and the growing crypto ecosystem.
