FTX Turkey, on the other hand, stated that it was trying to deliver all Turkish Lira balances to its clients.<\/p>\n<p>FTX Japan <a href=\"https:\/\/help-jp.ftx.com\/hc\/ja\/articles\/12394973954329--%E7%B6%9A%E5%A0%B1-FTX-JP%E3%81%8B%E3%82%89%E3%81%AE%E5%87%BA%E9%87%91%E3%82%B5%E3%83%BC%E3%83%93%E3%82%B9%E5%86%8D%E9%96%8B%E3%81%AB%E3%81%A4%E3%81%84%E3%81%A6\">announced<\/a> the news in a brief statement on its website on Friday. In a Friday <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/FTX_TR\/status\/1590944122369892352\">tweet<\/a>, FTX Turkey conveyed their warning. On Thursday, the Turkish subsidiary announced that customer balances will be immediately converted into Turkish lira at a 1:1 ratio. The text read:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cOur roadmap for sending all remaining Turkish Lira balances and Today, we plan to share the roadmap for converting users\u2019 crypto balances into Turkish Lira and sending them to their bank accounts.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>On Thursday, Japan\u2019s FSA ordered FTX Japan to enter \u201cclose-only\u201d mode, which means customers should be allowed to terminate current positions but not begin new ones. The regulator highlighted in the decision that the exchange had suspended withdrawals without stating a timeframe for their resumption and that new customers are still welcome.<\/p>\n<p>Withdrawals on FTX International remain suspended today until further notice.
