FTX.com) and approximately 101 other affiliated companies (collectively, the \u201cFTX Debtors\u201d) announced today that the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (the \u201cDelaware Federal Court\u201d) granted interim and final approvals for all \u201cFirst Day\u201d motions related to the FTX Debtors\u2019 Chapter 11 petitions filed on November 11, 2022.<\/p>\n<h2>Additional Information<\/h2>\n<p>Kroll has been appointed as the FTX Debtors\u2019 claims agent, and all formal documents filed with the Delaware Federal Court may be accessed online at https:\/\/cases.ra.kroll.com\/FTX\/<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"xn-person\">John J. Ray III, appointed overseer, interim CEO of <a href=\"https:\/\/igaming.org\/crypto\/5-reasons-why-ftx-bankruptcy-could-have-been-avoided-with-lummis-gillibrand-bill\/\">FTX<\/a>, and one of the most experienced restructuring executives in the world<\/span> said:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWith the Court\u2019s approvals of our First Day motions, we are moving forward as expeditiously as possible in our efforts to maximize value for all FTX stakeholders. We will continue working to implement necessary controls, and secure and marshal the Company\u2019s assets.
