He shared the prediction in a <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/PeterLBrandt\/status\/1614728484764684288\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">tweet<\/a>.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Any idiot can make wild guesses about markets, so here is my dunce-hat prediction.
