Beeple, the digital artist also known as Mike Winkelmann<\/a>, has launched Beeple Studios, a 50,000-square-foot space in Charleston, South Carolina, to create a community of non-fungible token (NFT) artists.\n<\/p>\n

Beeple made headlines in March 2021 when he sold his famous artwork \u201cEverydays: The First 5,000 Days<\/a>\u201d for $69.3 million at a Christie\u2019s auction. The opening of Beeple Studios took place on Saturday, in partnership with Christie\u2019s, featuring artwork from NFT artists like Fvckrender, XCopy, Pak, Victor Duarte, Refik Anadol, and others. The studio includes a 13,000-square-foot gallery and a 13,000-square-foot experiential space, which will be used for showcasing different types of artists and community events. The studio is not yet open to the public, but people can register for time slots to visit the gallery.<\/p>\n
