However, a 71% increase in the amount of addresses for the past year or so sees these wallets\u2019 overall holdings approach the all-time highs reached in 2019.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Currently at 155,000 addresses, the number of bitcoin wallets with 10 or more BTC are just 2,000 less than the all-time high of September 2019, Santiment <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/santimentfeed\/status\/1641155241243717639\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">tweeted<\/a> on Thursday.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">\ud83e\udd88\ud83d\udc33 Since February &#8217;22, the amount of addresses holding 10+ <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/Bitcoin?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#Bitcoin<\/a> has ballooned by 10,279, a +7.1% increase. Another 14,033 wallets currently hold 100-1000 BTC, accounting for just over 20% of supply at 3.9 million BTC.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">On-chain data also shows the largest whales, with 1k-10k bitcoin and 10k-100k BTC holdings, number 1,906 and 112 respectively.
