In terms of price gains, BGB was up 2% and 9% in the past 24 hours and 7 days respectively.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The price of Bitget\u2019s native token, currently above $0.41, is about 2% off the all-time highs above $0.51 reached on 18 February. If sellers take the $0.40 support, BGB could revisit the $0.31 region<\/p>\n<h2 dir=\"ltr\">Dragonfly invests $10 million in Bitget<\/h2>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Dragonfly, a crypto-focused venture capital firm that invests in projects in the digital assets ecosystem \u2013 from seed to series D \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.newswire.ca\/news-releases\/dragonfly-makes-10-million-strategic-investment-in-bitget-845944633.html\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">announced<\/a> a $10 million strategic investment in crypto platform Bitget.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Blockchain data and research platform Nansen <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/nansen_ai\/status\/1643198495548121088\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">highlighted<\/a> on 4 April that a Dragonfly wallet had received 60,219,900 $BGB (approximately $24 million) a few days ago, suggesting this could be part of the deal.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">\ud83d\udcab NEWS: Dragonfly invests $10 million in derivatives exchange Bitget <\/p>\n<p>That partly explains the 60,219,900 <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/search?q=%24BGB&amp;src=ctag&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">$BGB<\/a> (~$24 million) sent to a Dragonfly wallet 6 days ago <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/xl4Td5u5dX\">pic.twitter.com\/xl4Td5u5dX<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Nansen \ud83e\udded (@nansen_ai) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/nansen_ai\/status\/1643198495548121088?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">April 4, 2023<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The investment will support the crypto derivatives exchange\u2019s market and service expansion across the globe, Dragonfly said in a press release. The funds will also go into Bitget\u2019s CSR initiatives as the platform looks to promote crypto education and adoption.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u201c<em>As the fastest-growing exchange in the past 12 months, this investment is a recognition of our focus on BUIDL in the bear run. Except for the cash inflow, what will benefit us more from the Dragonfly partnership is their crypto savvy and insights.
