After the upgrade went live and withdrawals of staked ETH enabled, bulls defied negative projections to break above a supply zone that has held since August 2022.<\/p>\n<h2 dir=\"ltr\">ETH breaks $2,000 as analyst says altcoins could be interesting in coming weeks<\/h2>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">According to crypto analyst Rekt Capital, the top altcoin is a \u201cleading indicator for smaller altcoins.\u201d He suggests the breakout for <a href=\"https:\/\/coinjournal.net\/news\/tag\/ethereum\/\">Ethereum<\/a> could trigger new momentum for some of the leading altcoins, probably highlighting the possibility of an alt season kicking off.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u201c<em>ETH is a Leading Indicator for smaller Altcoins. This is why the #ETH breakout may very well set the stage for an interesting period for other Altcoins in the coming weeks<\/em>,\u201d the highly respected crypto trader and analyst <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/rektcapital\/status\/1646504211755192322\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">said<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Rekt believes the Bitcoin bull market is <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/rektcapital\/status\/1646514999773519872\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">just starting<\/a>, but Ethereum\u2019s price movement suggests current prices might be a great entry point for many alts. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u201c<em>ETH at $2000.
