The author of Rich Dad Poor Dad, Robert Kiyosaki, expects the price of bitcoin to keep rising. \u201cI\u2019m betting on it,\u201d he said. Kiyosaki also shared that he bought 60 bitcoin when the price of the cryptocurrency was at $6,000 per coin.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Robert Kiyosaki Expects Bitcoin\u2019s Price to Keep Going Up<\/h2>\n

The author of Rich Dad Poor Dad, Robert Kiyosaki, has expressed his confidence that the price of bitcoin will keep going up. Rich Dad Poor Dad is a 1997 book co-authored by Kiyosaki and Sharon Lechter. It has been on the New York Times Best Seller List for over six years. More than 32 million copies of the book have been sold in over 51 languages across more than 109 countries.<\/p>\n

Kiyosaki tweeted Tuesday:<\/p>\n

Bitcoin up over 100% in a year. Will bitcoin keep going up? I\u2019m betting on it.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

At the time of writing, bitcoin is trading at $30,264.50, up 82% year-to-date. However, the largest cryptocurrency is down 26% from the previous year but up 224% over the past five years.<\/p>\n

The famous author added: \u201cWhy buy more gold, silver, bitcoin? Because Fed, Treasury, and Biden are liars.\u201d This was not the first time he has expressed his distrust towards the Federal Reserve, the Treasury, and the Biden administration. He warned<\/a> that the U.S. economy is headed for a crash landing.<\/p>\n

On Monday, Kiyosaki advised investors to understand the reasons behind any buy or sell recommendations. He tweeted: \u201cSteve Van Metre says \u2018Sell gold now.\u2019 David Hunter says \u2018Buy gold now.\u2019 Who do you believe?\u201d Noting that both men are smart, the renowned author stated: \u201cAll markets are made of buyers and sellers. Your job is to find out logic behind seller and buyer. Opposing logic makes you smarter which is more valuable than $.\u201d<\/p>\n

In an episode of his Rich Dad Radio Show, aired last week, Kiyosaki revealed that he bought 60 bitcoin at $6,000 per coin. He detailed:<\/p>\n

I owned bitcoin \u2026 I waited for it to get to $20,000, it went down to $1,000, $3,000 and I watched it and watched it. I wanted to make sure it was gonna hang around. So I picked up 60 bitcoin at $6,000.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Kiyosaki has been recommending bitcoin alongside gold and silver for quite some time. In February, he predicted that BTC<\/a>\u2019s price would reach $500,000 by 2025<\/a>. He also predicted that gold would surge to $5,000, and silver to $500. He calls bitcoin \u201cpeople\u2019s money<\/a>.\u201d In December last year, he said people who own gold, silver, and bitcoin will get richer<\/a> when the Fed pivots and prints trillions of dollars, which he calls \u201cfake money.\u201d<\/p>\n

Besides the Rich Dad Poor Dad author, many others believe that the price of the largest crypto will rise substantially. Venture capitalist Balaji Srinivasan made a bet<\/a> in March that BTC<\/a> will be worth more than $1 million in 90 days. Pantera Capital recently said we are already in the next bull market cycle<\/a> for bitcoin.<\/p>\n
