While this development is disappointing, our chapter 11 plan allows for direct distribution of cash and crypto to customers (a \u201ctoggle option\u201d) via the Voyager platform<\/em>,\u201d the announcement read.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">1\/ Today we received a letter from <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/yG7Airmib5\">https:\/\/t.co\/yG7Airmib5<\/a> terminating the asset purchase agreement. Despite the latest setback, the Voyager Chapter 11 plan team says the key is to return value to the platform\u2019s customers.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">\u201c<em>Consistent with the plan, we will now move swiftly to return value to customers via direct distributions.
