In the midst of the banking upheaval in the United States, Google Trends has revealed a notable surge in searches related to the acquisition of gold, with the search query reaching a perfect score of 100 during the first week of April 2023. Similarly, the search term \u201chow to buy bitcoin\u201d reached the same score two weeks earlier, on March 20, 2023.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Both gold and bitcoin have experienced an upsurge in value following the banking crisis of mid-March, which witnessed the collapse of three major U.S. banks. Market observers are now keeping a close watch<\/a> on the First Republic Bank<\/a> fiasco, as it lost over 50% of its value during Tuesday\u2019s trading sessions.<\/p>\n
