The upside saw KAS bulls begin to eye the token\u2019s all-time high near $0.043 reached on 2 April 2023.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">That attempt to put bears in their place is on hold though as one of the major catalysts for the <a href=\"https:\/\/coinjournal.net\/news\/tag\/altcoin\/\">altcoin<\/a> going up was the impending listing on a major US crypto exchange<\/p>\n<h2 dir=\"ltr\">Uphold delays listing of Kaspa (KAS)<\/h2>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">On Thursday, <a href=\"https:\/\/coinjournal.net\/news\/uphold-review-all-you-need-to-know-about-this-multi-asset-digital-trading-platform\/\">Uphold<\/a>, which was set to be the first centralised crypto exchange in the US to list KAS, announced it would be delaying the listing. The multi-asset digital asset platform said the \u201cdifficult decision\u201d had been taken due to technical issues.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">\u26a0\ufe0f KAS listing delayed<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019ve made the difficult decision to postpone this listing due to technical issues.<\/p>\n<p>Our customers deserve a smooth and fair trading experience \u2013 and we\u2019re excited to list KAS as soon as we can ensure this. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/qJGuB2cY4H\">pic.twitter.com\/qJGuB2cY4H<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Uphold (@UpholdInc) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/UpholdInc\/status\/1651589288037892097?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">April 27, 2023<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">But despite the delay, Dr. Martin Hiesboeck, the Head of Research at Uphold, has assured KAS holders that the issue was \u201cminor\u201d and will soon be solved. He <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/MHiesboeck\/status\/1651592761575895045\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">tweeted<\/a>:<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><em>\u201cAs we\u2019re expecting *high demand*, we\u2019ve taken the difficult decision to delay this listing due to some technical issues \u2013 to ensure you get a smooth and fair trading experience and best execution. Won\u2019t be long, it\u2019s a minor thing we\u2019ll sort out soon<\/em>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">He offered to explain everything on the Twitter Space.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">After seeing a double digit uptick in price, with weekly gains rising to over 30%, Kaspa price is just in the green in the past day (at the time of writing) and about 28% higher over the week.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Currently, KAS can be traded on multiple exchanges, including MEXC Global, Gate.io and BingX.
