Ripple SEC Lawsuit: Striking Out Expert Testimonies<\/h2>\n

In the latest update, Ripple revealed that some testimonies from the SEC\u2019s experts were removed from the court record. Judge Analisa Torres, who is presiding over the lawsuit, delivered the opinion in March.<\/p>\n

\u201cOn March 6th, the Court issued a 57-page opinion determining which opinions of the SEC\u2019s and Ripple\u2019s experts can be considered on summary judgment (and, if necessary, at trial) and which opinions need to be \u2018stricken.\u2019 Notably, the testimony from the SEC\u2019s expert regarding the \u2018reasonable expectations of an XRP purchaser\u2019 was struck from the record, along with their expert who attempted to determine what \u2019caused\u2019 the price of XRP to change.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n
