United States Representative Warren Davidson has filed the \u201cSEC Stabilization Act\u201d in the House of Representatives in an effort to rectify what they see as a misuse of power. The departure of Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Chairman Gary Gensler is one of the bill\u2019s main components.<\/p>\n

Davidson underlined the significance of safeguarding the nation\u2019s capital markets against a \u201ctyrannical Chairman.\u201d He announced that he planned to submit laws to address the continued abuse of power and guarantee long-term market protection.
