The 3-week high for NEAR\/USD comes as the broader crypto market looks to build on last week\u2019s upward momentum that got legs from the spot Bitcoin ETF <a href=\"https:\/\/coinjournal.net\/news\/\">news<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2 dir=\"ltr\">NEAR Foundation partners Alibaba Cloud<\/h2>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The NEAR Foundation will be partnering with Alibaba Cloud to advance Web3 adoption in Asia and the Middle East.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">According to an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coindesk.com\/business\/2023\/06\/26\/embargo-26th-june-7am-bst-near-foundation-partners-with-alibaba-cloud-to-accelerate-web3-growth\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">announcement<\/a> from the Switzerland-based non-profit, the collaboration grants NEAR access to the cloud computing provider\u2019s developer ecosystem.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">More developers across Asia and the Middle East will tap into the network as they build on the NEAR protocol. Specifically, the partnership means NEAR Protocol developers can now easily leverage Alibaba Cloud\u2019s \u201c<em>plug-and-play<\/em>\u201d infrastructure.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Users will also benefit from the remote procedure calls (RPC) as-a-service offering, allowing for multi-chain access to blockchain data and transactions.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The partnership with Alibaba Cloud comes just days after the NEAR Foundation <a href=\"https:\/\/pages.near.org\/blog\/near-foundation-partners-with-vortex-gaming-a-web3-subsidiary-of-koreas-largest-gaming-community-inven\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">teamed up<\/a> with Vortex Gaming, the Web3 subsidiary of South Korea-based gaming company INVEN. The partnership looks to enhance Web3 gaming on Vortex Gaming and the NEAR game ecosystem, including via offline hackathons.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Vortex Gaming will tap into both NEAR\u2019s layer-1 protocol, and the Blockchain Operating System (BOS), an open source OS for the open web.
