Indeed, ADA is down 43% since sliding lower amid the crypto winter. ADA\/USD traded just above $0.25 on Wednesday afternoon.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">With the cryptocurrency largely negative, the market outlook amid the historically slow September doesn\u2019t look particularly promising for bulls. Data on DeFiLlama <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/defillama.com\/chain\/Cardano\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">shows<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Total Value Locked (TVL) in assets on the chain has declined 8% in the past month to $152 million.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">However, as Bitcoin is poised above $27k and altcoins are showing signs of waking up, a spike in volatility could help ADA buyers. But will bears give up territory?<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Cardano price outlook<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A look at Cardano\u2019s performance over the past week we see sellers have largely shown resilience around the $0.25 level. The daily chart has Cardano facing rejection at the 20-day EMA, and this moving average remains critical to bullish plans.<\/span><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_152676\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-152676\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-152676\" class=\"wp-caption-text\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tradingview.com\/x\/xgmw3kd3\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Chart showing price of Cardano (ADA)<\/a><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The daily RSI also gives sellers a slight advantage as it hovers below the 50 mark.
