Richard Teng \u00a0is allegedly poised to take over.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Richard Teng A Top Contender For New Binance CEO As CZ Steps Down: by <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/DavidJeans2?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@DavidJeans2<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/4iZfIsb37c\">https:\/\/t.co\/4iZfIsb37c<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Forbes Crypto (@ForbesCrypto) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/ForbesCrypto\/status\/1727023117418303988?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">November 21, 2023<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Amid the rumours and allegations, Bitcoin price fell below $37k and altcoins took a dive as Ethereum lost the $2k mark. \u00a0BTC fell 3% to $36,797 and ETH 4% to $1,968, while Binance\u2019s native coin that had rallied just a few hours earlier, had nosedived more than 7% to below $240 at the time of writing.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Overall, the crypto market cap was down 1.7% to $1.44 trillion.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">As reported yesterday, the DOJ was said to be looking for over <a href=\"https:\/\/coinjournal.net\/news\/us-wants-over-4b-from-binance-to-end-criminal-case-bloomberg\/\">$4 billion from Binance<\/a> as settlement.
