The warrants have an exercise period of three years, Bitfarms said in a <a href=\"https:\/\/investor.bitfarms.com\/news-events\/press-releases\/detail\/218\/bitfarms-announces-c60-million-private-placement-with-u-s\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">press release<\/a> on Friday.<\/p>\n<p>Bitfarms will use the private placement\u2019s proceeds to acquire additional miners, expand its infrastructure and improve the company\u2019s working capital position. The firm\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/coinjournal.net\/news\/bitfarms-monthly-mining-output-increase\/\">monthly mining output rose 7.3%<\/a> in September.<\/p>\n<p>According to today\u2019s announcement, the private placement closes on November 28, 2023 or thereabout, the miner noted. <\/p>\n<p>However, this remains \u201csubject to satisfaction of customary closing conditions\u201d and needs approval from the Toronto Stock Exchange. Meanwhile, New York-based investment bank H.C.
