Data from CoinGecko shows the price of Toncoin is up more than 120% in the past 30 days.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Today\u2019s upside followed Bitcoin\u2019s uptick that unsurprisingly lifted most altcoins, including Ethereum that traded to above $3,600 for the first time in two weeks.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tradingview.com\/x\/MWXZDND7\/\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-197636\" src=\"https:\/\/coinjournal.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/TONUSDT_2024-04-08_21-32-59.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1074\" height=\"545\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">As the altcoin market heats up for a potential vertical push, investors confident in what\u2019s driving TON price higher are eyeing greater returns. In the past 24 hours, this outlook has seen Toncoin\u2019s trading volume reach $433 million, an increase of more than 243%.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">TON\u2019s market cap has as a result of the spike in activity increased to $21.62 billion. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coingecko.com\/en\/coins\/toncoin\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Toncoin<\/a> is just behind Cardano (ADA) in terms of market capitalization at the time of writing. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">According to CoinGecko data, 10th-ranked Cardano is currently at $21.64 billion.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Another upward roar for TON bulls could see the cryptocurrency flip Cardano as it enters the top 10 cryptocurrencies by market cap. TON in price discovery could surge to the psychological $10 mark.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Why is TON price up today?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">While Toncoin has rallied amid the broader bullish sentiment in the crypto market, a number of catalysts have <a href=\"https:\/\/coinjournal.net\/news\/toncoin-rallies-after-telegram-endorses-the-ton-project\/\">helped push TON higher<\/a> in recent weeks.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Among these factors have been Telegram\u2019s launch of a revenue system for channel owners, with the ad sharing payouts in TON.
