The transaction, managed by Winklevoss Capital, marks another step in the club\u2019s future developments and materializing its Premier League ambitions.<\/p>\n<p>In December of 2021, Peter McCormack, a well-known figure in the cryptocurrency podcasting scene, announced <a href=\"https:\/\/igaming.org\/crypto\/king-of-bedford-podcast-host-purchases-bedford-fc-with-premier-league-aspirations\/\">taking ownership of Real Bedford<\/a>. The Winklevoss twins\u2019 investment gives them shared ownership alongside McCormack, solidifying a strong team of crypto-enthusiast leaders at the club\u2019s helm.<\/p>\n<p>Since January 2022, the Winklevoss twins have been associated with Real Bedford, initially through a sponsorship deal with Gemini. Their latest financial commitment is set to fund ambitious expansions for the club.
