In this case, the industry is looking at the next three months, with the latest it could happen going by the SEC chair\u2019s remarks being in September.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Bloomberg ETF analyst James Seyffart <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/JSeyff\/status\/1801274737995166160\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">says<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> the SEC chair has not really offered much information when commenting that the ETH spot ETFs will launch \u201cby the end of summer.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Highlighting his earlier prediction that the SEC would probably finalize the approvals in early July, the analyst said:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cJuly was and is a complete guess. But I was more confident in saying that ETH ETFs will launch at some point this summer. That was sort of a given.
