The others being Ark, BlackRock, Fidelity, <a href=\"https:\/\/coinjournal.net\/news\/franklin-templeton-proposes-a-0-19-fee-in-its-amended-spot-ethereum-etf-s-1\/\">Franklin Templeton<\/a>, Grayscale, Invesco Galaxy, and VanEck.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Taking to X, Bloomberg ETF analyst Eric Balchunas said \u201cno one really knows why the SEC is taking their sweet time with these, given how light comments were, these could have easily been trading by now.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Despite this, he believes that a launch could take place this month.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Notably, SEC Chair Gary Gensler said during a June Senate Banking Committee meeting that the commission could give a <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/coinjournal.net\/news\/sec-chair-says-s-1-approvals-for-spot-ether-etfs-in-the-summer\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">final nod of approval over the S-1s<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u201csometime over the course of the summer,\u201d but didn\u2019t announce a date.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When the SEC approved the 19b-4s in May, the price of Ethereum spiked.
