The UK Supreme Court also refused Wright\u2019s appeal in December 2023.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In his judgment, Justice Mellor also noted the developments around the COPA Trial. In May 2024, the judge <a href=\"https:\/\/coinjournal.net\/news\/uk-high-court-judge-rules-against-craig-wright-over-bitcoin-copyright-claims\/\">ruled<\/a> that Craig Wright is not Satoshi Nakamoto nor the creator of <a href=\"https:\/\/coinjournal.net\/news\/bitcoin-plummets-5-amid-massive-sell-off\/\">Bitcoin<\/a>.
