Leading web3 infrastructure platform Alchemy recently bought Bware Labs, a well-known supplier of blockchain infrastructure and API services, located in Romania. Announced on August 29, the acquisition represents a major turning point in Alchemy\u2019s strategic move into the European market.<\/p>\n

Alchemy\u2019s entry into the European market is made possible by the acquisition of Bware Labs. Europe presents a favorable environment for Alchemy\u2019s expansion, since it is well-known for its extensive cryptocurrency laws outlined in the MiCA framework. Alchemy<\/a> wants to leverage the infrastructure and experience of Bware Labs in order to take advantage of the rapidly expanding web3 industry in Europe.<\/p>\n

In a statement, Bware Labs mentioned that its team would step down from its role as the core contributor to the INFRA protocol. The deprecation of the proxy sending API requests to the protocol was also highlighted, with Bware Labs indicating that while testnet tokens will continue to vest, participants may choose to exit the protocol due to the cessation of further rewards.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
