In a significant move toward its European expansion, Kraken, a leading U.S.-based cryptocurrency exchange, has acquired Coin Meester B.V. (BCM), a reputable cryptocurrency broker in the Netherlands. With this action, Kraken\u2019s position in Europe is strengthened as it pursues new markets.<\/p>\n

In a recent press release, Kraken stated that the acquisition of BCM strengthens its presence in the Netherlands<\/a>, a key market for its expansion plans. Kraken is now able to provide cryptocurrency services in the area after obtaining its Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) registration from the Dutch Central Bank earlier this year.
