Zhao will attend Binance Blockchain Week in Dubai, a major Web3 event slated for October 30-31, 2024.<\/p>\n<h2>Zhao\u2019s First Appearance Post-Resignation<\/h2>\n<p>Zhao\u2019s participation has sparked significant interest within the crypto community. In a personal capacity, Zhao announced his attendance via an Oct. 10 X post, marking his return to the public eye. Tron founder Justin Sun and other prominent figures have already expressed excitement about what Zhao might reveal.<\/p>\n<p>This will be Zhao\u2019s first engagement since pleading guilty to violating U.S. anti-money laundering regulations and paying a $50 million fine.
