With a possible December 4 formal launch date, this overcollateralized, dollar-pegged digital currency could receive regulatory approval as early as early December.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>RLUSD: A New Entrant in the Stablecoin Market<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/igaming.org\/crypto\/ripple-begins-beta-testing-for-new-stablecoin-rlusd\/\">Ripple Labs unveiled plans for RLUSD earlier this year<\/a>, aiming to position it as a competitor to established stablecoins like Tether and USD Coin.
