In a post on <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/saylor\/status\/1868643218956734876\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">X<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/coinjournal.net\/search\/michael+saylor\">Michael Saylor<\/a>, MicroStrategy\u2019s CEO, said the Bitcoin was bought for $27.1 billion or an average price of $61,725 per Bitcoin.<\/p>\n<p>Saylor also noted that MicroStrategy\u2019s year-to-date Bitcoin Yield is 72.4% while its quarter-to-date Bitcoin Yield is 46.4%.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">MicroStrategy has acquired 15,350 BTC for ~$1.5 billion at ~$100,386 per <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/bitcoin?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#bitcoin<\/a> and has achieved BTC Yield of 46.4% QTD and 72.4% YTD. Last week, the company purchased a further <a href=\"https:\/\/assets.contentstack.io\/v3\/assets\/bltb564490bc5201f31\/blt81002dc8fb7c8644\/6756dfe8d8a11dc3c8ba968b\/form-8-k_12-09-2024.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">21,550 Bitcoin<\/a> between December 2, 2024, and December 8, 2024, for around $2.1 billion at an average price of $98,783 per Bitcoin.
