Richard Schueler, often known as Richard Heart in the cryptocurrency community, is the founder of well-known projects Hex and PulseChain. He has been the subject of a Red Notice from Interpol. Global efforts are underway to find and jail Schueler in anticipation of his possible extradition because he is wanted by Finnish police on serious allegations, including assaulting a minor and widespread tax evasion.<\/p>\n
