It launched its Kansas City vs Philadelphia Football prediction on January 23.<\/p>\n<p>In a report from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/articles\/2025-02-03\/crypto-com-kalshi-s-super-bowl-wagers-probed-by-us-derivatives-regulator\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bloomberg<\/a>, the CFTC said: \u201cWe are continuing to review the contracts in accordance with our regulations.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/articles\/2025-01-13\/super-bowl-bets-on-crypto-com-poised-for-cftc-review-of-legality\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bloomberg<\/a> previously reported, in January, that a five-member group of CFTC commissioners had decided to vote on a 90-day review period for contracts. The review would extend past this Sunday\u2019s Super Bowl game.<\/p>\n<p>The CFTC is expected to vote by mid-April on whether to bar event contracts or issue a new ruling.<\/p>\n<h2>Robinhood enters the field<\/h2>\n<p>The CFTC\u2019s measures come as Robinhood announced on Monday that it was launching its event contracts and letting users vote on the game\u2019s outcome.
