Following acknowledgement from the agency, there will be a 240-day window for the SEC to either approve or deny the filings.<\/p>\n<p>Crypto-friendly <a href=\"https:\/\/coinjournal.net\/news\/acting-us-cftc-chair-hints-at-roundtable-to-address-digital-assets-market-issues\/\">Mark Uyeda is currently the acting chair of the SEC<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In October, <a href=\"https:\/\/coinjournal.net\/news\/bitwise-files-form-s-1-for-xrp-etf-with-sec\/\">Bitwise filed an S-1 form for an XRP ETF<\/a> with the SEC.
