Uniswap followed this up with a <a href=\"https:\/\/coinjournal.net\/news\/kangamoon-presale-nears-7m-as-uniswap-uni-price-jumps-on-response-to-secs-wells-notice\/\">40-page response contesting the agency\u2019s claims<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>More cases dropped<\/h2>\n<p>The news from Uniswap Labs comes as Coinbase announced last week that the SEC had agreed to dismiss its lawsuit against the exchange.<\/p>\n<p>According to Coinbase, the regulator\u2019s decision to withdraw the case follows a settlement that does not involve any financial penalty against <a href=\"https:\/\/coinjournal.net\/news\/tag\/coinbase\/\">Coinbase<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Robinhood Crypto has also seen the tide change after the <a href=\"https:\/\/coinjournal.net\/news\/sec-drops-investigation-into-robinhood-crypto\/\">SEC dropped its investigation into Robinhood\u2019s digital assets arm<\/a>. On February 24, the platform said in a blog that the SEC had \u201cconcluded its investigation and did not intend to move forward with an enforcement action.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Dan Gallagher, chief legal officer of Robinhood Markets, said: \u201cWe applaud the staff\u2019s decision to close this investigation with no action.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The change of direction at the SEC comes amid a pro-crypto approach following US President Donald Trump\u2019s taking office in the White House.
