The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission gave the green light by declaring the registration statement effective on April 17.<\/p>\n<p>Novogratz shared the update through a public statement, highlighting the strategic value of the move.<em> \u201cExcited to share that Galaxy plans to list on Nasdaq on May 16, pending shareholder approval on May 9.
