billion.<\/p>\n<p>The filing also disclosed a recent update to the company\u2019s investment policy, allowing it to allocate capital into Bitcoin and other digital assets as part of its broader treasury and corporate strategy.<\/p>\n<p>While no purchases have been made yet, the company stated that acquisitions could be funded using excess cash, future equity or debt financing, or other capital sources.<\/p>\n<p>This shelf registration gives Bakkt the flexibility to access capital markets quickly when conditions are favorable\u2014a significant consideration given its ongoing
