data-end=\"808\">BlackRock\u2019s ETHA ETF posted record daily inflows of $300.9 million, leading a $383.1 million day for U.S. spot ETH ETFs.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"241\" data-end=\"808\">SharpLink Gaming purchased 10,000 ETH from the Ethereum Foundation, boosting its treasury to over $550 million.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"241\" data-end=\"808\">Ethereum (ETH), the world\u2019s second-largest cryptocurrency by market capitalization, has reclaimed the $3,000 mark for the first time in five months, buoyed by bullish momentum across the broader crypto market.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"241\" data-end=\"808\">The token is currently trading at $3,055, up nearly 8% in the past 24 hours.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"241\" data-end=\"808\">ETH last traded above $3,000 on February 2, before undergoing a sharp correction that saw it fall to as low as $1,387 in April.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"241\" data-end=\"808\">That decline followed heightened market uncertainty surrounding former President Donald Trump\u2019s \u201cLiberation Day\u201d tariff announcement.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"810\" data-end=\"1077\">While Ethereum\u2019s recovery has been notable, it still trails Bitcoin\u2019s (BTC) performance and remains about 38% below its all-time high of $4,878 set in November 2021.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"810\" data-end=\"1077\">In contrast, BTC recently reached <a href=\"https:\/\/coinjournal.net\/news\/bitcoin-price-hits-new-ath-near-114k-but-holders-keep-btc-off-exchanges\/\">new record highs<\/a>, helping to lift the entire cryptocurrency sector.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1084\" data-end=\"1121\">Record inflows into Ethereum ETFs<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1123\" data-end=\"1580\">A major driver behind ETH\u2019s recent surge is renewed institutional interest, particularly via spot Ethereum exchange-traded funds (ETFs).<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1123\" data-end=\"1580\">BlackRock\u2019s iShares Ethereum ETF (ETHA) saw a record-breaking $300.9 million in net daily inflows on Thursday as ETH neared the $3,000 threshold.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1123\" data-end=\"1580\">That marked the fund\u2019s strongest day since its launch and pushed its five-day inflow total to $623.4 million.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1123\" data-end=\"1580\">The previous record stood at $292.7 million on December 5, 2024.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1582\" data-end=\"1930\">Overall, US-listed spot Ethereum ETFs brought in a combined $383.1 million in net inflows on Thursday.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1582\" data-end=\"1930\">Fidelity\u2019s FETH added $37.3 million, followed by Grayscale\u2019s ETH and ETHE with $20.7 million and $18.9 million, respectively.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1582\" data-end=\"1930\">Bitwise\u2019s ETHW and VanEck\u2019s ETHV recorded $3.2 million and $2.1 million in inflows.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1932\" data-end=\"2324\">\u201cWe have a new daily inflow record for iShares Ethereum ETF\u2026 $300+mil,\u201d noted Nate Geraci, president of NovaDius Wealth Management, on X (formerly Twitter).<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1932\" data-end=\"2324\">Bloomberg Senior ETF analyst Eric Balchunas also highlighted that ETHA had logged record daily trading volumes of over $800 million on both Wednesday and Thursday, forecasting \u201cchunky\u201d inflow data, which the latest figures confirmed.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"2331\" data-end=\"2390\">SharpLink deepens ETH treasury with foundation purchase<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2392\" data-end=\"2810\">Further supporting Ethereum\u2019s bullish backdrop, Nasdaq-listed SharpLink Gaming (SBET) disclosed a significant over-the-counter ETH acquisition from the Ethereum Foundation.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2392\" data-end=\"2810\">The Minneapolis-based firm purchased 10,000 ETH for $25.7 million, executed at a price of $2,572.37 per coin on July 10.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2392\" data-end=\"2810\">This brings SharpLink\u2019s ETH holdings to approximately 215,634 coins, valued at around $558 million at current market prices.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2812\" data-end=\"3218\">The transaction positions SharpLink as the second-largest corporate holder of ether, with the company signaling ongoing support for the Ethereum ecosystem.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2812\" data-end=\"3218\">\u201cSharpLink is acquiring, staking, and restaking ETH as responsible industry stewards,\u201d said Chairman and Ethereum co-founder Joseph Lubin, emphasizing the firm\u2019s efforts to remove supply from circulation and strengthen the network\u2019s decentralization.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3220\" data-end=\"3465\">SharpLink began shifting its balance sheet toward ether in early June, financing the initiative through at-the-market share sales.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3220\" data-end=\"3465\">The company raised up to $425 million in a private placement led by Consensys, Lubin\u2019s crypto infrastructure firm.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3467\" data-end=\"3673\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">While the Ethereum Foundation has previously sold ETH from its treasury, direct transactions with publicly listed companies are rare, making this deal a notable development in
