Venezuela\u2019s state oil company PDVSA said it was the target of a cyber attack <\/a>orchestrated by the US in coordination with domestic conspirators, according to a statement issued on Monday jointly with the country\u2019s oil ministry.<\/p>\n

The business said operations were unaffected and that the attack was repulsed by PDVSA personnel.<\/p>\n

The incident was described as an assault by \u201cforeign interests in complicity with domestic entities who are seeking to destroy the country\u2019s right to sovereign energy development.\u201d <\/p>\n
