At the Moscow Exchange forum, Senior Vice President and Head of Wealth Management Ruslan Vesterovsky <a href=\"https:\/\/tass.com\/economy\/2118247\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">stated<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cWe expect that exchange trading will bring the market the necessary <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bitcoin.com\/get-started\/what-is-liquidity\/\" class=\"lar_link lar_link_outgoing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">liquidity<\/a> and minimal spreads. Traditional infrastructure is ready to offer clients new opportunities \u2013 margin trading, investment strategies, including those based on AI, and a reliable and secure infrastructure built on one of the most technologically advanced banks in the world.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Furthermore, Vesterovsky highlighted that, <strong>\u201cwith the introduction of regulation and the launch of organized trading, we, together with other market participants and the Bank of Russia, will be ready to provide clients with access.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>While the central bank still considers <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bitcoin.com\/get-started\/a-quick-introduction-to-crypto\/\" class=\"lar_link lar_link_outgoing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">cryptocurrencies<\/a> high-risk instruments, it has allowed for their limited inclusion in the financial system. Sberbank issued one of the first cryptocurrency-backed loans in December to Intelion, a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bitcoin.com\/get-started\/a-quick-introduction-to-crypto\/\" class=\"lar_link lar_link_outgoing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">cryptocurrency<\/a> mining company that manages over 300 MW of power to 1,500 customers.<\/p>\n<p>Later, the bank also announced that it would prepare its platform to offer this kind of loan to more companies.<\/p>\n<p>Nonetheless, the regulation required is still in the works.
