The benchmark tracks the performance of major, actively traded <span>cryptocurrencies<\/span> and is designed to give investors a diversified view of the digital asset market.<\/p>\n<p>As of June 9, the index includes <span>bitcoin<\/span>, <span>bitcoin<\/span> cash, ether, <span>solana<\/span>, <span>XRP<\/span>, cardano, chainlink, and stellar\u2019s lumen token.<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.prnewswire.com\/news-releases\/cme-group-announces-launch-of-nasdaq-cme-crypto-index-futures-302795783.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">launch<\/a> gives traders a way to manage risk across a basket of <span>crypto<\/span> assets without taking direct custody of the underlying tokens.
